Cookie policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
This policy explains how propertybrochurestudio.co.uk, run by Palmiero Design Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages or visits, and help site owners understand how their site is used. Similar technologies, such as scripts and tracking pixels (sometimes called web beacons), do the same job in slightly different ways. In this policy we call them all “cookies”.
The cookies we use
We keep cookies to a minimum. They fall into three groups:
- Necessary. Needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choices. These don’t need your consent.
- Statistics. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us, so we can improve the site. We only use these with your consent.
- Advertising. Google Ads tells us which of our ads lead to enquiries. It isn’t used to show you personalised ads on other sites. We only use these with your consent.
We don’t use social media tracking, and we don’t sell any information collected through cookies.
Cookies placed on this site
| Cookie | Provider | What it does | Expires | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits apart so we can count visitors and see how the site is used | 2 years | Statistics |
| _ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your current visit | 2 years | Statistics |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Records when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send an enquiry | 90 days | Advertising |
Our customer reviews are shown using a widget from REVIEWS.io, which loads from their servers. Our site is hosted by Vercel, which doesn’t set cookies for visitors. If we add any new services that use cookies, we’ll update this list.
Your consent
When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you’re happy for us to use statistics and advertising cookies. None are set until you choose, and declining doesn’t stop you using the site or sending an enquiry. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Blocking and deleting cookies
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Each browser does this slightly differently, so check its help pages. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site may not work as expected.
Your rights
Where cookies collect personal data, you have the same rights as set out in our privacy policy, including the right to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
