Our registered office is C/o MK Tax, The Pinnacle, 150 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP, and our studio is at Greens Norton Court, 13 Bradden Road, Towcester NN12 8BS.

Information we collect

When you fill in one of our forms, we collect the details you give us. Depending on the form, that can include:

• your name, company, email address and phone number
• details of your project, the type of brochure you need and any message you send
• a brochure you upload or link to for a Free Design Review
• the best time to call you, if you ask for a call back

When you visit the site, we also collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Some of this is collected through cookies; see our cookie policy.

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a call
• to carry out a Free Design Review or send you the Design Brief Guide you asked for
• to deliver the design and print work you commission from us
• to understand how people use the site and how well our advertising works, so we can improve both

We use your details to respond to the request you make (or to take steps before entering into a contract with you), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent. We won't add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as far as they need it:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Resend, which delivers form enquiries to our inbox by email
• Sanity, which securely stores a copy of each enquiry
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), which measures site visits and advertising, if you consent to these cookies
• REVIEWS.io, which displays our customer reviews on the site
• our print partners, if you ask us to manage printing for you

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up and refer back to earlier conversations. If you become a client, we keep project and account records for as long as we need them for the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, usually six years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• correct or update it
• delete it, or limit how we use it
• stop using it for a purpose you object to

To do any of these, email us at hello@palmiero-design.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Keeping your information secure

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we work with reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as REVIEWS.io and palmiero-design.co.uk. We're not responsible for how other sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.
